    The Hotel Boomerang determines the room prices of the hotel/facilities by entering your own, special passwords on the platform. <br> All information entered is the responsibility of the hotels/facilities.

  • When will the accommodation payment arrive at the Hotel / Einrichtung ?

    Credit card payments are received by the Hotels / Facilities within 24 hours at the latest and all confirmations are subject to the hotel's guarantee.

  • What is included in the prices?

    Services included in the concept are included. More detailed information can be obtained from the Accommodation rate web page.

  • Can I choose an extra bed for children?

    You must make the necessary notifications to the relevant facility during the reservation and payment phase.

  • How are my offers responded to?

    Your search criteria will be summarized in the hotels/facilities offer basket.
    The hotel/facilities evaluate your offers based on a budget that suits them. If the hotel/facility has the last rooms available within the period you specified, it will offer a special rate only to you.
    Accommodation options in general Offers will be evaluated 10 days before your accommodation date.
    Longer-term offers are generally not evaluated by accommodation providers.
